   The dry ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials. It is widely used in cement, portland products, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing, and glass-ceramics industry,it can grind wet or dry all kinds of ores and other grindability materials.

>>Dry ball mill's working principle:

   The dry type ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear.It is a two-bin type lattice ball mill.The material goes to the first bin after the spiraling by the quill shaft from the feeding equipment. The first bin have kinds of ball grinding media of different specifications.

Dry ball mill

   The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning to ram hard and grind material. After the kibbling in the first bin, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second bin, which has flat plate and ball inside to grind material. The powder material will be discharged from the grid plate to finish the grinding operation.

    Dry ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control)and other major parts.The hollow shaft use steel casting, the lining can be replaced,rotary gearwheel made with casting gear hobbing for process, the cylinder body beset with wear-resisting backing board and has a good wear resistance. The operation of this ball mill is very stable and reliable.
